Beyond Pad Thai - Making connections

One of the greatest joys of bringing Kosanah to the farmers market has been the wonderful people we meet along the way.

Every market day, we are grateful to see familiar faces returning to our stand. Knowing that you enjoyed your Pad Thai enough to come back for more means so much to us. As a small business, there is no greater compliment than a repeat customer. Every purchase, every recommendation to a friend, and every visit helps us continue doing what we love.

Throughout the season, customers have stopped by our stand simply to tell us how much they enjoyed their Kosanah Pad Thai. Sometimes they aren't even stopping to buy anything — they just want to share a kind word, tell us how they prepared it at home, or let us know how much their family enjoyed it.

Those moments stay with us.

Recently, one of our customers came to the stand with a beautiful basket of flowers for Claudine. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture, and one that touched us deeply. It was a beautiful reminder that what happens at the farmers market goes far beyond selling food. Over time, customers become familiar faces, conversations become friendships, and a little community begins to form around the stand.

Kosanah began with a love for sharing the flavors of Thai and Lao cooking, but this journey has become about so much more than food. It is about connection. It is about seeing someone return because they loved our product. It is about hearing your stories and sharing ours. And sometimes, it is about receiving a basket of flowers when you least expect it.

To everyone who has purchased from us, returned to see us, told a friend about Kosanah, stopped by simply to say hello, or taken a moment to tell us how much you enjoyed their Pad Thai: thank you!

Your kindness, encouragement, and support mean more to our family than you may realize.

We look forward to many more market days, and many more conversations.

With gratitude,

The Kosanah Family
